Location, Location, Location!

The drilling rig is a large piece of equipment, and needs safe and secure access to the well location. There is usually additional equipment on hand – water truck, casing trailer, etc. Before drilling, we will meet with the land owner and assess the location and placement of the well.

The well location must be placed away from potential contamination (ie: leach fields, septic fields, chemical runoff).

Having the well located as close to the household as possible is less expensive, because you will have less trenching involved in plumbing the well to your residence.

COSTS:

Total cost will depend on the depth of your well, and the type of formation we are drilling.

Drilling Borehole/Per Foot Charge (varies depending on location and type of drilling). Site visit is required to give an exact footage cost.

Steel Surface Casing – typically a flat charge for state mandated 40’ of Steel Surface Casing. Additional per foot charges may apply if more than 40’ is needed.

PVC Casing/Per Foot Charge.

Grouting/Per Bag Charge.
